- Why are you passionate about business models and business model innovation?
- My primary interest is in arts and culture organizations, with emphasis on mission-driven versions thereof. The challenge of describing, defining, refining, and aligning business models and strategy in the arts is a key barrier for inventing a next generation of arts enterprise. I'm eager to advance the conversation among arts leaders in productive ways.
