Why are you passionate about business models and business model innovation?

I'm passionate about working with people, helping them to create lasting value for their customers, their organisations, their colleagues and themselves. I believe that all this comes from working smarter (we all work hard!) and from being really clever about implementation - without that, even the best business model is worthless.
